Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at nextlevelopticalmiami@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Before sending back the items, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The items you wish to return:
- Can be sent back to us only after you have received our approval.
- Must be sent back within 5 days from the date we accept the request for return.
- Must be unused, clean and not damaged.
- Must be returned complete of all of their parts and accessories.
- Must be sent back in their original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for contact lenses or customize lenses and glasses with prescription. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All returns are subject to restocking fees of 10 % of the purchase price and return shipping fees.
Shipping costs are at customers’ expense.
The lenses are not refundable if the frame is returned. If a change of the color of the frame is needed, the lenses will be adapted to the new frame of the same size.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will not accept exchanges before receiving the return.
Refunds
We will not issue any refund for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card or PayPal account used to pay for the original purchase. PayPal extra charges will not be refunded.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.
